In Ridley, a British series on PBS linear and PBS Masterpiece, Adrian Dunbar stars as newly retired DI Alex Ridley, who recently lost his wife and daughter in an arson incident. 18 months into retirement, in which he passes time singing jazz at a local pub, his protégé and replacement DI Carol Farman (Bronagh Waugh) presses him into service on a complex murder case.
