Giri/Haji, a series about a Tokyo lawman sent to London to track down his gangster brother, has been described as “soulful”, “quirky” and “complex”. I get the feeling it breaks some new ground in style, and although it can be tough to get into, it’s more than worth it in the end. Giri/Haji drops Jan 10 on Netflix.
