Apple TV+ is developing a series based on Mick Herron’s “Slough House” novels, starring Gary Oldman as disgraced spy Jackson Lamb. The series will be titled Slow Horses, which is the title of the first novel in the series. London’s Slough House is where disgraced MI-5 spies go to languish. But of course, in this series, they do anything but. Justified‘s Graham Jost and Veep‘s Will Smith are executive producing, which is promising.
