Slow Horses, AppleTV’s adaptation of the popular “Slough House” spy novel series by Mick Herron is finally in production. In a very different role than Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Gary Oldman is starring as the shambolic spy Jackson Lamb, who oversees the Slough House, a Limbo for disgraced agents. Also in the cast are Kristin Scott Thomas, Jonathan Pryce and Olivia Cooke. The first season will be 2 mini seasons each based on a different book, à la Wisting. The first half of the season will be based on Slow Horses, and the second half based on Dead Lions, both of which you can buy here.
